About This Service
Factory license is a certificate issued by the Chief Inspector of factories to carry out manufacturing pursuits in the state. These licenses have in general common rules regulating them throughout the country. However, they come under the purview of the state government. The Government has laid down the guidelines that are required to be followed by those factories which:
Have a minimum of 10 workers and consumer power.
Have a minimum of 20 workers and do not consume power.
